Some good guys who stand behind their work. My wife's 2005 Toyota Corolla was damaged in a fender bender 9 years ago - she used this shop to fix the damage. Over time, the paint began to peel and fall off the bumper they painted due to the paint not adhering to the bumper. My wife brought it back to them and showed them the peeling paint.. Even after 9 years of use, these guys replaced and painted the bumper free of charge. I would recommend this shop to anyone as they do good work and stand behind their work.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the folks here at Cary Collision Center. My car was wrecked in an accident in June, and they took amazing care of me in the situation I was in. They were extremely reasonable and patient while navigating the complicated insurance process, and the amount of empathy that they showed during this whole ordeal cannot be understated. Sadly, this car won't be coming back for any more repairs since it was totaled, but this will absolutely be my first call for any future repairs. Thank you all so so much for everything. P.S. Sorry it took me so long to post this review. It's been a heck of a month.

I had these guys fix a deep scratch on my Tacoma and they did an excellent job - they were couerteous, had a great turnaround time and I was impressed with the quality of the paint repair. Highly recommend.

After side-swiping the boat trailer with my Suburban, I got three quotes. Unlike a large national chain that tried to upcharge me by pointing out every tiny ding and scratch on the vehicle, this shop was honest and focused on exactly what I needed. Transparency: The estimate was reasonable and fair. Integrity: I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill came in under the estimate because they finished the labor faster than expected. Quality: The staff was friendly, and the repair work is perfect. If you want a shop that treats you like a neighbor rather than a walking paycheck, go here. Highly recommended!

First time using Cary Collision. Very helpful, friendly and thorough in explaining their process. They scheduled my service only 1 week out. I dropped my car off on a Sunday evening and by Tuesday afternoon I got a call saying it was completed! Beautiful repair, they washed my car and even vacuumed the inside. Altho I hope I dont have any more "fender benders", but if I do I would use Cary Collision. Highly recommend!
